Installation for MA Grad Show 29.06.2023

Wednesday 21st June 2023. Arriving slightly late due to bad traffic on the way down from Wiltshire, I unpacked my car into the gallery space, which was running late with taking down the previous exhibition, so it was a bit chaotic especially with there being a show day going on as well and the whole place was very busy. I cracked on with building my sculpture, which had been purposely built in sections that could be bolted together. I stayed in an air bnb and was in uni until Friday. All that is left to do is decide on a trail of ivy along the floor from the sculpture and the possible addition of other plants.
Due to some of my background contrasting with the gallery floor/wall, Sam kindly helped me take this out on his lap top in premiere pro...like a pro, cheers Sam.
Mary and Andy were present most the time as was Anya and were all very helpful with questions and layout as were the technicians Paul and Lee who were very helpful with helping me accomplish my ideas. Thank you to Paul for your patience with installing the projector and the headphones. And a big thanks to Neil and Sam for helping me with some of the heavy awkward bits.
